Jada Mark

Jada Mark has accomplished several achievements this year.  2018 was her first full year showing at AQHA events as well as being a member of the SCQHA.

Jada self-taught herself and her partner, Radar (Poco Pep O Tivio), how to compete in Ranch Riding by watching videos through YouTube and reading different articles and watching others ride at shows.  Jada has had only one Ranch lesson ever with Carey Ready prior to heading out to the 2018 AQHYA World show.  We asked Carey to accompany us to Oklahoma to assist Jada since it was her first time competing at such a high level event.

With oversite from Joey McCray, Jada has also received several Circuit Champion Awards from Camden and Perry Ga Shows in reining.  She also had several Ranch Riding Circuit Champion Awards, however there are too many to list below (I lost count) 🙂 .

The other amazing thing about Jada is that she never owned a horse before Radar (Poco Pep O Tivio).  She has never lived on a farm OR trained a horse.  Radar came to her with NO AQHA points on his AQHA record in 2017.  Radar now has 29.5 total Points all placed on him by Jada as well as a Performance Register of Merit in Youth!  Recently, she became the owner of Wimpy’s Little Step mare (Wimpy’s Gata Shiner), who Jada also put the first 8 points on her in AQHA during the Spooktacular show in Camden (3 in Youth Reining/3 in Novice Youth Reining and 2 in Open reining).

Jada is very self-motivated and driven teenager who loves her horses and loves the sport of showing!

Jada has been showing IEA and is in her fourth year of showing in that organization, both Horsemanship and Reining, Individual and Team competition.
